Atlanta

Had a great visit with my brother in Atlanta. Enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Bones to celebrate his belated birthday. We had a chance to visit the Georgia Aquarium, Coke Experience Center and the Center for Civil & Human Rights. The Center for Civil & Human Rights visit caused us to pause and reflect on our history, where we're at today and where we're going - it was very moving. We also had lots of fun playing trivia with my brother and his friends. They took first place one evening despite our help!! The Atlanta weather was so nice that we had the first opportunity to ride our bikes in 2017. One day we rode around my brothers place. Do you know how much fun it is to fly down a hill at 30+ mph? Do you know how miserable it is to peddle back up that same hill? There's a great local rail trail that starts in Smyrna called the Silver Comet where we road 20+ miles; we highly recommend it.
